    The first collaboration and reunion of C.I.A. Records (HTX) with Awe Full Records (Portland, OR). The 12" clear orange vinyl includes 10 tracks in a crafted bookcase cover of Tim Sternat's multi-layered artistry. The CD has additional tracks and alternate versions for extended aural experimentation.
    Compilation albums often focus on a topic or have a theme. The Manifestation series that Tim has been producing for decades is unusual in that it has a No Rules format. Some tracks are solo. Some are group efforts. Some are composed. Some are improvised. This one and the subsequent two compilations ended up totally different than intended...but that's normal.
